Currently McShin Foundation is the only CAPRSS (Council on Accreditation of Peer Recovery Support Services) organization of its kind in the entire state of Virginia and 1 of 26 in the country. We provide not only residential services to our participants, but also intervention and recovery services and resources, recovery education and advocacy, and access to external community resources through our strong collaborative organizational partnerships. We love our alumni and we provide a safe recovery center for them to be a part of while residing and after exiting our recovery residences. We served 587 people last year that are now or going to be soon an alum!
